Having the ability for the public to submit eForms through Public Access was a game changer for our department during the COVID-19 crisis. The alternative would have required the public to hand deliver the forms to our offices, or mail in the forms requiring our staff to process the mail manually in the office. Through eForms we were able to continue to serve the public while conforming to the Public Health Orders to shelter in place.
